Deputy Supervisor Roles

We are looking to recruit a deputy supervisor for the following teams:

Coil Section

Furnace Shop

The role:

You will be responsible for handling the day to day tasks of the section when the supervisor is absent, you could be asked to assist with the planning, and coordination of key projects and ongoing workload. You might also be asked to help with recruitment and or training, of the team and new employees.

You will be expected to work with the leadership team to continuously improve in areas such as:

Drafting and implementing business procedures,

Controlling costs or expenditure

Maintaining Quality Standards

Improving Health & Safety practices

You should have a good understanding of the business, knowledge of the operation within the relevant section, and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
